Yes they may be an authorized "Dealer" but is their repair person up to date on and an authorized and certified repair/service technician. I work for another sewing machine company and I know that our techs have to be certified and keep up to date on service bulletins and go in for training and updates at least once a year if not more often as machine change. I would be letting Babylock know about the type of service you have been getting or not getting and find out if your dealer is actually up to date on all service bulletins and certifications. My guess is not.
