I use to work for JoAnn's, I know in my area store they would want to know you were unhappy with your purchase and why. if you have the crooked ends and or the actual fat quarters, I would bring it in or take a picture of it to show them. I love JoAnn's mainly for their crafts but also because St. Albans Staff is so helpful and friendly.
