I was told it was because they could have more "daylight" time for businesses.......but that's a dumb reason as far as I'm concerned. Whether they have an hour more in the morning or an hour more at night...you STILL have the same # of daylight hours!!!! If a business wants more hours of daylight, let them change their opening/closing hours.!
There ya go, I'm with her. Pick one or the other, don't give a hoot which, just settle on one and have done with this nonsense.
