If you go to Inklingo.com, you will discover how easy it is to print the hexagon shapes directly onto the back of your fabric, cut the shapes out using either rotary cutter or scissors and then hand or machine stitch. You don't have to baste the GFG templates to fabric, then whipstitch the shapes together. I have no patience for whipstitching and find this the easiest way. I've used Inklingo for a number of projects and highly recommend it. (No affiliation).
