I had to laugh about your comment about the word "coverlet". I use that term all the time because I like to make thin quilts to use as coverlets for my beds for summer use. I think it's a very descriptive word but then maybe I'm a bit old fashioned. But several of my coverlets are very modern in design.

You know, it wasn't too long ago that the "experts" determined that it wasn't a "real" quilt if it wasn't hand quilted. Pfffftttt.... who cares? ;)
