Unfortunately, most of our family will not be available in November for dinner. So....we decided to celebrate the holiday on October 9 during the long Columbus Day weekend. It was so beautiful here in western NY on Saturday, we took the turkey, stuffing, squash, sweet potatoes outside and had dinner on the picnic table. It was really neat and we may do that again somtime. I reccommend it.
