I'm SO RELIEVED! I have made several small quilts for our cat too - I really thought I was the only person in the world who would do that. :)

For the quilt question - I'm planning on doing one of these too for a granddaughter. I've been playing around with it. I think I may use 2 "prints" (prints are little girl types of fabrics) and then use purple, green and pink for the other patches (including the ones that will be cut). When I construct my first patch I'll pic it for you.
