I have three quilts from my DMIL and I treasure them. I have a few from a great aunt also. I just wonder if my kids will have the same attachment I do. I should put labels on them so they will know who they belonged to. They have been told but may not recall.
I'm sorry for your loss, if one's Mom is 65 or 95, it's not easy to let them go. It takes a while to replace the sorrow with all the good memories but it will happen, so hang in there.
