there is a service called justanswer.com where you can ask anything. You enter category and ask if they resolve the issue it's $38. I was able to fix my viking via an online viking technician. He spent 2 days looking up what I needed to do to repair somehting in a 1960's viking that was making it run as soon as plugged it. It's really a great service. I used it for a plumbing issue once also.
