Hello Tropical. I too suffered from food allergies. My wonderful Dr. used me as a research project.ha. I took a blood test for allergies. That was about10 years ago. It is called ELISA ACT BLOOD TEST. I am allergic to complete corn family, rice, on and on. Lost 17 pounds by going on right foods and I can tell you it is wonderful. They sent the blood to Reston, Va. and it came back to my Dr. They test it for 350 foods and etcs.
