Well with all the help you gals have given, I think I might be able to put it on the frame by adding extra borders for stretching if needed. I watched a video about stretching a wonky block back into shape, so I will do that before I put it on the frame. Luckily she gave me the extra fabric, I think maybe she might have known I might need it. Normally I use Warm and Natural batting, But I also keep poly around for baby quilts, Its narrow batting by the roll so I'll need to piece it together. Crossing my fingers, and hoping for a best.
