Honeynga, It was up to the JA employee to politely inform the woman that she needed to wait in line like everyone else. I am not afraid to speak up for myself in a situation like this, but I have thick skin.
My skin isn't that thick but some employees would rather just get that woman out of there before she makes a bigger scene. But I agree she needed to take a number and as the customer I would of spoke up and told her to take a number or given her mine to shut her up if she started to squawk.
