Yes, I just made a shower curtain out of a quilt pattern. I didn't batt it I put on backing and just just tied it off. Now I am making another for my other bathroom. I will be doing the same (different pattern) not putting in batting just tying off. Here is a picture:

I have several of my quilts/wall hangings on display and for sale at a local restaurant and when I went into the restroom (which is tiny, but has wall space) I thought I would make them something small to display in the restrooms.
Any suggestions? Patterns to use? It's a country style decor overall, even if my quilts there are a wide variety of styles.
