Just FYI, these are NOT Longarm machines, they are domestic tabletop machines with larger HARPS (9"-11") but very different from the longarm machines like Gammill, Nolting and others.
Don't know about the conversion rates, but those are VERY good prices for both if correct. The 7700 has been selling (here in the US) for anywhere from $2000-$2900, and the 6600 sells for about $1300 and up. The newer 7700 has more bells and whistles, a different auto-throat plate, but the 6600 has most of the same great features for less $$. I have the 6600 and love it ! It can handle anything you want it to do.
Check out Janome's website and you can get all their specs and compare. You can't go wrong with either one.
