While waiting in the Dr. office this morning I was looking at a Birds and Blooms magazine. There was an article about saving threads and cotton scraps for the birds to make their nests. Never thought about doing that but definitely will start saving for spring. Do you do save your scraps/thread?
I used to do this but then I read somewhere that the bright thread and scrap colors aren't good to use for the birds. They show up easily and make it easier for prey to find them.
