I have made several of the Jackets, as I leave the band on the neck on and buy ribbon stitching onto each side. I wear these around my house because I have very dry skin, so keep my apt cooler than most 68 degrees. I start my ribbon on the inside band at the neck, then bring it over the top and down the front, ending it on the inside of bottom band where it begins, that way all edges are covered, top and bottom. You can also attach a hook/eye at the top.
