Lucky you...Our Joann's won't allow you to buy a whole bolt, unless being sold as a bolt and is packaged as such, without it still being opened and measured...They say they still have to scan and give you the receipt for register plus they must make sure that it's 8 yrds not more not less. That's how ours is too. So when the charity ladies are each buying 100 bolts, they have to unwrap them all to measure.
And we don't have "pick a number" or a second cutting counter, just room for 2, maybe 3 if they squeeze, ladies to cut. The store only has 2 cash registers...
