The option is on either the quick reply, or go advanced. Some people cannot see the icons on the buttons due to outdated web browsers or operating systems. If you don't see the icons, look for the line of what looks like buttons right above where you type, and slide your mouse over all of the "buttons" until the word "image" pops out....that's the one you use to attach a picture to the post.
