The 1rst one is very similar to a Buckeye bueaty, it could be an adaptation of it. The second is a string pieced Lemoyne or 8 point star. The 3rd one, I am not sure if there is a name. I think when the squares are set like that with the light and dark diagonal rows, they call it Field and Furrows setting. Now remember I said I Think!!! :D
