At this point I think I'd opt for visiting the notions department at JoAnn's/LQS/etc and make up little goodie bags for the ladies. Put your finds in a small gift bag using a pretty FQ instead of tissue. Top with a pretty sparkly bow and call it done!
I also vote for this idea--they will all love it if they are avid quilters and it will be simple for you.
