I am no authority on this but...
I saw a quilt many years ago in a magazine with the name Indian teepee that looked very much like your first quilt. The second one looks like a scrappy strip pieced LeMoyne Star. The third one kind of looks like a utilitarian quilt made with leftover scraps ... slightly in the sunshine and shadow setting.
