I have a bad joint in my thumb, and now my index finger tip is starting to act up. I find that at times I can't pick up anything that has any weight to it. I can't do hand writing for any length of time anymore (and I love to write). and doing hand sewing gets painful too. I do all machine quilting but even doing the binding by hand hurts.
I'll have to try one or more of these suggestions!
