I've got one similar to that. I made it myself with a lil help from hubby and I love it! :)
If I take mine apart and put it together differently I can get 3 different sizes out of it.
It's very easy to move around so even if you don't have a chair on wheels you can flip the frame around just as easily to adjust your sewing angle.

I can do frombaby quilts to throw sizes (not done anything bigger yet) all using the same few pieces of pvc and yes it saves TONS of room.
