my hands use to get very sore and ceacked and I talked to the lady at the quilt shop and she said handling unwashed fabric can caude that as it has formaldahyde in it so I always at least rinse my fabric in very hot water no soap and no fabric sotner in the dryer and now no dry cracked hands what a difference
