Default Substitute for Golden Threads Paper

I've been using this to pin a design to my quilt for machine quilting and have run out.

Now I apologize in advance for asking a question that I could answer myself if I were at home. I forgot to check it before leaving for work. But I'm at work and need to ask my husband to run to the quilt store if I need more so I can continue quilting tonight.

I have a roll of paper that was used by my father when he had a doctor's office. It was used for the tables. Do you think this is a suitable substitution? I've used it in the past for tracing (rather than cutting) garment patterns but can't remember the texture and how it would compare to Golden Threads.

I had tested my design printed on regular paper and found that the needle dragged on the paper resulting in eyelashing on the top of the quilt. The GT paper has been really nice in avoiding anything like this.
Thanks in advance,
Cathy
