Batting
I would like to know which of the battings are the lightest. Silk?Wool?Bamboo?Poly like Thermore which is very thin? I find a large bed quilt(queen)very heavy. I know that densely quilted quilts are heavier so I am wanting to make a quilt for my bed and do the minimal quilting necessary. Other than that, the only thing i can think of is using a light batt. I am not concerned about warmth as I am always too warm anyway. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
