you are so fortunate to have so much room. i have a huge master bedroom with two walkin closets and attached master bathroom...recently i needed a little more room and some breathing/thinking space when i am sewing. i took one third of the room for my bed, nightstand and two large dressers plus access to two windows. the other 2/3 of the room i divided in half...one side has my computer desk, file cabinet and everything i need for business. the other half i placed my banquet table which holds my sewing machine, my serger, and underneath three see-thru cabinets that hold my fabric and tools and sewing notions.. one walk in closet holds all my clothes shoes purses etc...and the other stores my folding quilt frames, batting, ironing board etc.. in the middle of the computer side and the sewing side i have plenty of walking space and is where i also have my antique rocker in case i just need some rocking and thinking time. i tested this floor plan out last week and it worked magnificently for me. seems to me that moving your sewing room to the largest room would save you having to move from room to room just to complete a project and when you are finished you can just close the door on it all.
