I was in the process of making a graduation quilt for my daughter. One day she was helping me put new sheets on my bed, and she said Mom I like this print, wish we had some of this for my quilt. I took the sheets right off the bed and cut them for her quilt. I took the bottom sheet and cut it up and made strips for parts of her quilt and the top sheet was the backing. Very beautiful. When I took it to the quilter, he said that not to use sheets, because they make a bigger whole when the needle goes in. I couldn't see the difference. She loves it and that's all that counts.
