I think that there were at least 3 versions of the household-use straight-leg cabinets through the years. I’m aware of one with wooden legs, one with cast iron legs, and this one with pressed steel legs. I have one with wooden legs that I believe dates back to the 30s. I also have an industrial stand with straight pressed steel legs that I think dates to the late 30s. I don’t know which ones were offered when.
