Glad to hear you had a good dealer experience. I love my Viking. I bought mine from Joanns so there is no dealer - I would have to take it to a local sewing machine repair guy (and spend money I can't afford! EEK!). I am just so relieved it was a user error and not a mechanical problem - I seriously don't know what I would do without a sewing machine!
