I take my machine 90 miles to get serviced and/or repaired. I live in rural AZ. There are 3-4 people locally who service machines. However, I haven't heard anything good about any of them. The one 90 miles from here, if I call the beginning of the week and tell him I need my machine serviced he tells me what day is good to bring it in. And he does it all in one day as he knows I live quite far away. That's customer service. I also get to go to several quilt shops while I'm there waiting on my machine.
