You know how the attachments (presser feet) go on your featherweight? Those are "side clamp" attachments. The attachments for this machine clamp in the back instead of on the side. I can't think of another machine other than this particular model that are backclamps... (doesn't mean there aren't any, just that I can't think of one..Wheeler & Wilson machines are a backclamp of sorts, but not the same)
