Just a little "mom moment" here - talk to your insurance agent about getting some renter's insurance. It's an inexpensive way to pay for piece of mind, particularly if you lose your ability to work. I can't imagine it costing more than $25 a month...more or less. It's worth it.
Yes I called my insurance company on wednesday the same day of this and I got renter's insurance now at $20 a month! Thank you!
