I have a reliable also and absolutely love it. It does have an auto shut off, but there is also something you can switch (haven't tried it yet) to change it so it doesn't auto shut off. The only thing I don't like is that it does not have a burst of steam button. I have several friends who have had Oliso's and if you get a good one they love it, but there have been a lot of lemons and they barely last a year.
