Oh my goodness! This is a worst nightmare!
As stated before, keep track of your time cleaning, sorting, cleaning supplies, time lost due to not being able to do your job, etc. We had a fire in our basement due to washer shorting out and our insurance comany paid us to do the clean up and paid for time, supplies, replacement of items, etc. I just couldn't have someone else come in and work in my home. Silly me :roll:
