I have purchased the pellon batting because it was the only black that Joann's had. I'm really glad I was able to use a 50% coupon because the batting is pure junk. It has a weird fuzzy appearance for starters. There were funny gray lines running through it. It was very wrinkled so I put it in a warm dryer for a few minutes to relax it. It filled my dryer lint screen to capacity. Sandwiching the quilt was a lint producing chore. I think I'll donate it to a dog bed making charity.
