Wow, I am only 40 something, but I would hope that one of my 4 children would be interested in it (or their spouses). The old sewing machine could be sold, but I would hope that someone would be interested in quilting enough to want my Avante and frame. Otherwise, I think my husband would be savvy enough to sell it at an estate sell and pocket that money for retirement for himself.
