I sent some simple instructions via email to my elder quilt buddy. She followed the instructions and has made a bunch of them. She is working on her Christmas gifts for this year. Great way to use up scraps of cotton batting. I made smaller ones to use as mug rugs or soup mug/bowl coasters.
