Thanks Mad! LOL I would love to have them! I take any scraps because I am a miniaturist and can use anything down to 3/4"..
but here is my suggestion
Try my cut down methods with your triangles.
My Boston blocks would be perfect for this

You can easily use the triangles in place of the rectangles I show as you will cut the square out of the center and it won't matter if you start with rectangles or triangles. Triangles actually will have less leftovers than the rectangles.
