Oh, that's an easy peasy quilt to make without a pattern. I agree with GEMRM, just use 10" squares and use a narrow binding! It looks like the squares around the edges on the sides aren't as big as the other squares. If you wanted to duplicate it exactly, I would just use 7-8" rectangles on the outer edge then.
Wouldn't one side of those outside squares need to be same size as the squares you are attaching them to? It looks to me like the seams match all way out to edge of quilt???
