The conversation changed to the use of different darning springs and next thing Cathy is showing me all the different types she owns. She also showed off some exchange items, a pretty scrap quilt that Candace had made and a raven that Laura had made.
You guys I wasn't serious! I know how sweet Cathy is - and how informative it is to visit her! Candace, I am really glad you got to go see Cathy's amazing collection for yourself!
Monica, thank you for posting those photos. I too wouldn't have know about the springs without this conversation and the photos. I have most of the second group of photos - the darning/applique' feet - but it is so interesting seeing them all together so we can decide which ones we have and which ones we 'need' to get!
