Doing your best, learning and getting better each time is what we should be aiming for. Not perfection, as this is unattainable. A lot of truth in this, thankyou. But I also wonder if I have a fear of SUCCESS! Sounds crazy, but I've always been self-identified as the failure, the klutz, the one who can't do this stuff. Discovering that I can make quite good looking quilts has been exciting, affirming - but also perhaps a bit scary. Does this sound totally insane?
