Sewing head scarves for mom's chemo time
On Valentine's Day, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. It has been such a busy time that I forgot, until she called me today to let me know that her hair was starting to fall out, that I wanted to make her some scarves. I have tried to look up free patterns on the net, but can't seem to get anywhere with it. Does anyone know of any free patterns out there?
I have told her to call the local cancer center tomorrow (she lives 1500 miles from me) to get one for now. I would love to make her some so I can make them personal with the fabrics that she likes when she quilts.
