Need Info about staying in Las Vegas
One of our grandkids will be getting married at Ceasar's and we're trying to make plans for our stay in Vegas. We've never been to Vegas before so I'm wondering if any members live there or visit often enough to give us some advice.
I have advanced arthritis in my knee and can't walk too far but didn't think it would be a problem until found out that to reach our rooms I'd have to walk all the way through the casino to reach the lobby and the elevators. Also Ceasar's is so big that to cut down on the amount of walking I would need to request rooms near the elevators. Ceremony and reception are at Ceasar's but we will need to take a cab from the ceremony to reach the reception. We are planning on staying for a few days and this seems like a lot of walking just to get out of the place let alone to attend the wedding. I'm thinking we might be better off staying away from The Strip and making reservations at a regular motel. I'd welcome any advice.
