This will work, but your bias will be on the edge of the quilt. If you want to put the bias on the inside, cut them 15 3/8 and slice on BOTH diagonals. This will make 4 setting triangles.
I think i like your idea Dunster, your way the bias wont be on the outside edge, but sewn into the seams. Maybe i will do it that way, thanks for doing the math for me :)
