I think i like your idea Dunster, your way the bias wont be on the outside edge, but sewn into the seams. Maybe i will do it that way, thanks for doing the math for me :)

Dunster, is the 15 3/8 for corner blocks, or side triangles? Thanks so much :)

Ooops lol, edited to add. I looked at the chart and figured it out LOL :)
