I thought I knew fabric pretty well but while looking at Pinterest today I saw a dress made with Shot Cotton. I must confess that due to an up coming move I have not shopped for or bought any fabric in a few months
So it looks like I missed a new thing and I need to know, What is Shot Cotton?
