Yay! I bought a new brother a couple months ago and loveit. The default needle position on my pc420 is the far left, which is a little odd to get used to. Ive forgotten to move it to center position a couple times and had it hit my quilting foot. I think the cs6000i might be similar. A couple of friends have that machine and really like it. It's a great value for the price.
