I have one of those stacked wire basket units for a closet and I put the project fabrics/pattern, etc in a drawer that way it can be seen and not forgotten about. It has 8 baskets that are only 4" deep and are 24X30. I can only purchase fabrics for a new project when a basket becomes available. That's the rule! I used to have a rule where I could only purchase fabrics for a new project when the last one was completely finished. Then I revised it where I had to have the top finished at least. Now I have them stacked 8 high!!!! LOL. I guess rules are meant to be changed.
