Be careful about ordering from a site that does not have a toll free number and all contact info listed. That shouts lousy customer service from the start.
The site has a facebook page. Post there your concern. It will get answered fast. Shops on Facebook cannot afford to have any complaints not answered. It shows up on thousands of fans pages.
